振动落砂机(Vibratory Shakeout Machine)
该落砂机是以振动电机为振源带动机体振动，使置于机体栅格上的铸件和砂分离。
The Vibratory Shakeout Machine shakes by its shaking engine to separate foundry from sand on the grate of the machine.

振动输送机(Vibrating Conveyer)
振动输送机适用于块、粒状物料输送，在铸造车间输送型砂、新砂、热旧砂、石灰石、碎石和焦碳等散状物料，并可根据用户要求将槽体制成全封闭结构以达到密封除尘。
Vibrating conveyor is suitable for conveying of piece and sand things. In foundry factory it can convey molding sand、new sand、hot sand、limestone、crumbling stone, coke and some crumbling materials. Meanwhile it can be made into fully airtight structure to get airtight dust-catcher。
The characteristics of Vibrating Conveyer are as follows:
Ø 该机具有结构简单、寿命长、维护保养方便、噪声小、使用可靠、振幅可调、能耗低等优点。
Ø Simple in constructer, longevity, maintenance-friendly, little noise, trustworthy, vibrating range adjustable, and low-consumption.
该机用两个电机振动器，同步反向旋转作动力源，调整可用偏心块，可改变激振力的大小，以适应不同的生产率的需要。
Ø It contains two vibrating machines, whirling spontaneous oppositely as shaking source, and adjusting available eccentric chunk to change vibrating force, to adapt requirements of productive capacity.
Ø 该机器的外形尺寸可根据用户需要进行设计，安装方式也根据实际情况进行配制。
