ZXS系列固定式双臂连续混砂机(Stationary Continuous Sand Mixer)
ZXS25系列固定式双臂连续混砂机、ZXS28系列移动式双臂连续混砂机可广泛应用于铸铁、铸钢、有色件自硬砂的混制，既适合于大中型铸件的单件小批量生产，亦可配备其它造型设备组成机械化造型生产线，他具有下列优点。
ZXS25 Stationary Continuous Sand Mixer & ZXS28 Mobile Continuous Sand Mixer can be widely used in iron foundry, steel foundry, and the mixture of nonferrous self-hardening sand. It can be produced by piece in small quantity, and it also can be equipped with other equipments to form mechanical style line, its advantages are as follows:
1、 液体系统的定量精度≤±1%，使用中可随时改变其对应的加入量而无需机
标定，使用十分方便。按用户要求粘结剂也可预置多种不同配比、适应不同的生产要求。
The measurement accuracy of Liquid System is equal to or less than ±1%. It’s very convenient as it could change its corresponding feeding without powering off the machine. In order to adapt deferent producing requirements, bonding materials could be pre-collocated according to deferent percentage.
2 在小臂之前设置了先进的流态化沸腾装置，进一步降低了砂的微粉含量。与同类混砂机相比，可以大幅度降低粘结剂的加入量，提高型砂质量，取得良好的经济效益。
Advanced Fluid Boiling Set is collocated before forearm to reduce the dust contain of sand. Compared with same Sand Mixer, it can greatly decrease binder input, upgrade product quality, and gain better economic profits.
3 混砂均匀，混制时间短，可根据生产特点调整合适的生产率。特殊的粘结剂加料系统设计，配以精确的控制，混砂机启动、停止过程中基本无头尾砂损失。
The machine mixes sand well proportioned, and take little time, so, appropriate productive capacity is adaptable according to production features. The design of special bond materials inputting system collocated with precise control, during the machine power on and power off, there is no sand lost.
4 每次停机，混砂机型砂全部排空，避免高温季节在机内硬化造成清理困难。
Every time the machine powers off, it empties sand entirely, avoiding difficulties of sweeping the remaining in high temperature seasons.
5 全开式的混砂臂设计，使叶片调整、清理及维修方便，叶片使用硬质合金焊接，耐磨、寿命长。
It is convenient for impeller to adjust, sweep, and maintain due to the design of fully open style sand-mixer-arm. The impeller enjoys longevity and it is wearable because of the use of alloy welding.
6 混砂机砂定量阀可以采用单砂（预先混合）或双砂比例调节阀来适应不同的工艺要求，并与主机连锁控制。
Proportional valve of the machine can adopt single sand (pre-mixed), or double-sand adjuster to adapt different technique requirements, and it chained to the host computer as well.
7 大臂回转系统可以采用电动并配以无级调速系统，小臂回转系统采用手动，大臂回转半径有多种规格，可供用户根据生产特点选择。
The system of back arm revolving collocated with speed adjuster can be electronically controlled, whereas forearm revolving controlled by hand. The radius of revolving has many specifications, which can be chosen according to production features.
8 混砂机头部设置排风扇，可有效降低混砂气味对操作人员的影响。
The head of sand mixer sets electronic fan, so it can decrease the influence of the sand’s smell to the operator.
9 机械与电气控制设置了完善的安全保护措施，避免可能出现的安全事故。
Perfect safeguards have been set by technical & electrical control, and it can avoid accident that might occur.
10 电气控制系统关键件采用进口元器件，可编程控制器采用原装进口的主机；控制程序经过严谨周密的论证、试验生产稳定可靠。电柜上设置了动态模拟显示屏，显示设备工作状态，使用与维护十分方便。电控系统具有广泛的适应性和使用的高可靠性。
The main parts of the electrical control system are imported; the programmer controller uses original imported host computer, and the procedure has been concrete proved, trial produced which turn out to be credible. Dynamic simulated display is set in the electric wardrobe, showing work state. It is user-friendly & maintain-friendly. It enjoys wide ad aptness and high credibility.
ZXS25系列混砂机可根据用户的需求，配以移动小车、供砂系统及附属设备可改制成ZXS28系列移动式混砂机，具有如下特点：
ZXS25 Sand Mixer can be collocated with mobile dolly according to client’s needs. Sand Feeding System & its affiliated equipment can be made into ZXS28 Mobile Sand Mixer, and the characteristics are as follows:
● 台车启动、停止过程运行平衡，并设有安全防护装置。
● Working steadily during power on & power off, and safeguard equipment collocated.
● 可配备适合工艺特点的供砂系统。使得混砂机在任何地点均可加砂。台车上去除了机械化运输装置，轻便灵活，维修工作量小。
Sand Supply System can be collocated according to its techniques, and it is available to feed sand at any place any time. The machine has deducted mechanical conveying equipment, so it is moveable and easy to maintain.
选用快换供砂系统时，供砂和混砂可同时进行，互不影响。
When choosing Quick-changing Sand Feeding System, it can supply sand & mix sand spontaneously, and they don’t influence each other.
